2 Reasons Why I Founded Selfless Hands Foundation - Two

When I attended Oklahoma State University, I lost a childhood friend/ sister. The only way I coped through that time was through community service. They had a program where you’d do 400 hours of community service to receive a CORD, and I took on the challenge. (I only had two years to do it though since I graduated early.)

I started to find different ways that I could serve the community without being “cliché”, like Humane Society, Food Bank and Salvation Army. (no shade, but I just wanted to dive deeper.) I really wanted to be as hands-on as possible.

Now, mind you.. I didn’t know what I was doing but I wanted to help people. So, I started doing donation drives to give directly to the people.
