Raven crisp-Smith

Founder & Executive Director

Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Raven Smith is dedicated to living in her purpose through helping those in need, supporting them, and sharing her story to inspire young women around her. She is the founder and CEO of Selfless Hands Foundation. She is also an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Raven Smith has received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Oklahoma State University and plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Accounting at Oklahoma City University.

In November 2019, she received the Next Gen Under 30 award for her community efforts and accomplishments.

As a child, Raven Smith was exposed the value of volunteerism through Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated. In three years at Oklahoma State University, she volunteered over 400 documented hours of community service in order to receive a graduation cord that felt more important than receiving her college degree.


jordan gilbert

 Director of Community Development

Jordan Gilbert is from Midwest City, Oklahoma, and is a college graduate from Oral Roberts University. She possesses two Bachelor’s Degrees in Social Work and Sociology. She is passionate about helping others become the best version of themselves through community outreach.

As a woman involved in our community, she is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our youth, our homeless, while strengthening the community ties. She continually strives to accomplish her goals of service by spreading love, joy, and encouragement to individuals and families affected by poverty, challenges and limited resources.

As the Director of Community Development, she plans to advocate for the welfare of the families, providing relief for those affected by an emergency crisis or disaster and for individuals facing poverty through community action, support and gathering donations.


Morgan Davis

Secretary

Morgan Davis is a 20-something military brat. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Rose State College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Central Oklahoma. She was also the  2019 recipient of the Oklahoma-based, Women of Color Expo's Black Girls Rock Award. 
Morgan has experience working in the nonprofit world. Previously,  she spent four years on the Developmental Disabilities Council of Oklahoma, ending her term in the summer of 2019. In her free time, Morgan loves to watch tv, listen to music and hang out with her family and friends.

Zanade Edmondson (Morgan)

Director of Emergency Response

Zanade Morgan was born in Okmulgee, OK but was raised in Tulsa, OK. Zanade is a two-time Summa Cum Laude graduate from Langston University with a Bachelor’s in Health Care Administration and a Master’s in Urban Education. Zanade is also an active and financial member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. and The Order of the Eastern Star Levi G. Smith #100.

Zanade has four years of non-profit experience, seven years in social service, and three years in education. Through her experience Zanade has learned that her calling is service and community outreach.  

As the Director of Emergency Response, Zanade hopes to reach as many people as possible with the goal of encouraging health and wellness. Zanade hopes to reach the underserved and low-income population.

Outside of Zanade’s professional work she enjoys spending time with family and her two sons Jaxon and Denzel Jr., traveling, shopping, and volunteering.
