The Oklahoma Mothers’ Milk Bank (OMMB) provides safe, pasteurized milk donated by healthy, screened breastfeeding mothers to ensure that our most vulnerable babies will receive full human milk feedings.

Childbirth Classes
Deaconess - Women’s Hospital
Their prenatal classes will help you prepare for baby's arrival. Registration is required, so be sure to sign up early in your pregnancy so you can choose a session that works best with your schedule. It is recommended that you complete your classes by the eighth month of pregnancy.

Family Builders
In 2014, Oklahoma legislators passed HB2249 which requires parents who are divorcing for reasons of incompatibility and who have children under 18 to attend an educational program concerning the impact of divorce on children.
Family Builders Co-Parenting and Divorce meets the requirements for such a program as outlined in the bill.
OSU Extensions
Co-Parenting for Resilience classes from OSU Extension help the children of divorcing parents overcome the effects of divorce more quickly and is approved by the Oklahoma court system.
SMART (Single Mothers Academic Resource Team)
The SMART Program mission at Rose State College is to link single-parent students to campus and community resources for academic and life success. The SMART Program will provide a campus community for single-parent student learners and will assist in advisement from start to graduation from Rose State College.

Infant Crisis Services
Infant Crisis Services provides formula, food, diapers, blankets, clothing, and other basic necessities by appointment. Please call (405) 528-3663 to schedule an appointment. These services are available four times annually to children birth – age 3.
Pregnancy Resource Network
Pregnancy Resource Network began in 2004 to unite pregnancy centers across Oklahoma in a common goal of offering caring support and assistance to women and men struggling with a pregnancy decision.
All centers provide free pregnancy testing and education on each pregnancy option, most provide or refer for free ultrasounds.
WIC
Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s (WIC)
The program provides supplemental nutritious foods, health and nutrition education, referrals, and nutrition and breastfeeding counseling to eligible pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women as well as infants and children age 5 and younger.
WCD WIC Program
Serving Women, Infants and Children by providing supplemental foods, health referrals and social services along with nutrition education, and breastfeeding education and support.
WIC Program Eligibility
The Women, Infants, and Children Nutrition Program provides nutrition services to pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women. The WIC program is based on the size of the family and the income brought into the home.
