We're Baaaccckkk!

Sometimes, the strongest move you can make is to pause.

Stepping back from something I love — something I built with my whole heart — was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made as a leader. But life has a way of shaking things up, and when it does, you’re faced with a choice: keep pushing through the chaos, or sit still long enough to heal, refocus, and recenter.

I chose stillness. I chose surrender.

And in that quiet, God restored me.

During this time, I restructured our mission, secured new resources, and created space to grow both personally and professionally. Now, I’m proud to say that Selfless Hands Foundation is back — stronger, clearer, and more aligned than ever.

To anyone reading this who’s carrying the weight of leadership while silently trying to hold yourself together — I see you. It’s okay to pause. It’s okay to reset. The world won’t end because you chose to put yourself first. In fact, your comeback might just be your most powerful chapter yet. “Peace be still.”
